Open an account online
This is the fastest and easiest way to enroll. You can open an account online in about 10 minutes-even fund it directly from your bank account.
Download an enrollment kit
Print the application form, complete it, and mail it to us, along with your initial contribution.
To download the kit, you need Adobe Acrobat Reader software, which is available for free at www.adobe.com.
Request an enrollment kit by mail
Fill out our online order form and we'll send you an enrollment kit via U.S. mail.
